I’d still rather have a Crown Vic, but I love riding in the NV200 (except when I'm drunk and can't figure out how to open the door, which is about 2/3 of the times I've ridden in one).

I would much, much, much rather have a Crown Vic.

They NVs already nicely gotten that taxi odor of vomit, cheap cologne and cigarettes. From the one I’ve ridden in....

I like them too - but they’re thirsty despite being easy to repair.

And two months ago I was riding in a Tokyo taxi ... driver wearing white gloves.

The best taxis tend to be in foreign countries from my experience.

I literally never take taxis apart from going to and from airports. But there’s nothing like a Crown Vic with a grungy beige interior that may never have been cleaned, all while reeking of who knows what.

I usually take a 777 Town Car to the airport, and a yellow taxi home.

I have meant to write up the Toyota Comfort (most of the taxis we rode in in Japan) but haven’t had the time. RWD, Camry-sized interior - surprised the Toyota hasn’t tried to sell them to fleet buyers in the US.

I use a car service that uses all brand new Escalade ESVs to the airport, and the international airport I use it weird and has their own taxi service so I just use that most of the time. Unless it’s a domestic flight, then I’m on my own for that.
